Kinzaa searches for listings whose keywords are relevant to your skills. Existing search engines do not work for what we need, so we use a custom search engine that ranks listings by relevancy. We have also added features to rank by geographical distance from your location. Zip or postal codes work for US, Canada and India locations. Q. How do I find listings around my location? A. Enter your location in the search box above which says "Near City". Location is usually a city. In the US, Canada, or India you may use either a zip or postal code. Q. I am a student looking for a part-time job. What do I do? A. Just type in what you would like to do and see if there is a match near where you live. Or just say "part time". Play with the radius setting to expand your search geographically. Q. I want to hire someone to get some work done. A. Type in the skill requirements you are looking for, and click on the "Search Resumes" button. If you don't find any matches near your location, you can post your requirements under the appropriate section. Q. How often are your listings updated? A. Pretty much constantly. Q. How long are my favorite listings saved for? A. Listings, or postings are expired and refreshed constantly. On our website, you can save listings that interest you. But you should respond or do something about it quickly, before it expires from the Website. Q. I cannot find listings from my location. A. We currently have listings in USA, Canada, India and the Middle East. We will be adding more in other locations, depending on interest. We hate getting spam email as well, and promise not to give away your email address to anyone. If we launch new features, we may send you an email, but not more than once a month.
