Develop and implement clients' online marketing strategies from beginning to end.

Responsible for lead-generation mainly through search marketing tactics including organic SEO and pay per click advertising. Primary focus was on PPC advertising including landing page A/B and multivariate testing. 

Managed the eCommerce department responsible for managing and marketing 5 eCommerce websites including HRdirect.com and gNeil.com. Duties also include project management, UE design and wire-framing. 

Managed the IT department and the online portion of the marketing department. The marketing department was responsible for Websites, digital advertising (PPC, SEO, Email, etc. lead gen)
