A fresh graduate from Universitas Negeri Jakarta who successfully graduated within a 3.70 GPA within 3 years and 11 months, i have expertise in human resource, monev (monitoring & evaluation) procedure, community development, research and anlyze. When I was in college, I did a lot of research and wrote it into a journal. Some of the writing topics that I have raised, namely urban land issues, evaluation of a company's CSR program, the educational role of social workers, and urban community supervision technology. I have a strong character and interpersonal skills. I am conscientious, willing to learn, well-organized and extraversion person. I am able to work under pressure and enjoy working in fast paced environment. I am also good at team leadership dan self-leadership because of my work dan organizational experiences during my college.
