I have recently made a transition from being in charge of a Customer Support department that handles over 800 calls and 200 client requests daily, and am now heading up a new division in our firm, working on Revenue Cycle Management; I train staff and work remotely to support both clients and employees. In the past, I have managed union staff in a luxury Manhattan hotel as well as international staff in a camp in South Sudan. My experience also includes working as a Junior Editor at the respected Zagat Survey, and as a QA Analyst for the trailblazing SpaBooker software division of SpaFinder. My strong communication skills and passion for employee development, as well as my experience in varied environments - from high-rise office building in New York to tented camp in a third-world country - make me a valuable asset as an employee.
