Amanda Thurston is an Ocala, Florida, resident who holds an associate of arts degree from Tallahassee Community College and is pursuing a bachelor of science in studio art at Florida State University. Since 2013, Amanda Thurston has also led The Lost Society Designs as chief artist and CEO. She has produced a variety of creative projects, including paintings, prints, photographs, and jewelry. As a photographer, she has shot weddings, newborns, and fashion models on assignment. She also designs jewelry using beads and semiprecious stones. In addition, Mandy Thurston has extensive furniture refurbishment experience and works with a variety of pieces, ranging from lamps to chairs and tables. She also assists clients with interior decoration and has found a collection of vintage and antique furniture that she works into her designs, as appropriate. Ms. Thurston’s experience includes a position with Her Kloset at Greiners as a sales associate. She had a full range of duties, which included acting as a stylist, a personal shopper, and a marketer. Community involved, Ms. Thurston serves as the co-vice president of Little Women of Ocala and has been active with the Florida State Boosters Club.
