1. Lead new named department (SA) for China southern business.
2. Responsible for whole department P&L and Scorecard
3. My responsed revenue is expected to reach 60 million RMB by the end of 2012. Revenue and profits compared to last year will raise about 15%.
4. Internal management system becomes department key system and partly connects with Corp finance and HR dept to improve efficiency and reduce internal operating costs.
5. Establish ECD (Employee Care and Development) team to systematically do daily employee staffing relevant system to reduce staff turnover ratio and improve employee and customer satisfaction.
