As Service Owner some of my most important responsibilities are: ·Gather business requirements to develop new and enhance existing services, suggests new or enhanced services in a business change request for Seco Threading Wizard, Seco Cut, PCA and PCA-light etc. ·Make sure that the service complies with laws, rules and internal governance directives. ·Define requirements in a Service Level Agreement. ·Responsible for realizing business benefits of the services to make sure that the development and maintenance costs pays off in increased sales or decreased costs I have been responsible for projects with budgets up to SEK 3, 600, 000 and during this time have delivered the Seco Threading Wizard and Seco Cut to the market (https://secure.secotools.com/sas/) and am close to closing a project to deliver the Seco Technical Media Platform.
