As Service Owner some of my most important responsibilities are: ·Gather business requirements to develop new and enhance existing services, suggests new or enhanced services in a business change request for Seco Threading Wizard, Seco Cut, PCA and PCA-light etc. ·Make sure that the service complies with laws, rules and internal governance directives. ·Define requirements in a Service Level Agreement. ·Responsible for realizing business benefits of the services to make sure that the development and maintenance costs pays off in increased sales or decreased costs I have been responsible for projects with budgets up to SEK 3, 600, 000 and during this time have delivered the Seco Threading Wizard and Seco Cut to the market ( and am close to closing a project to deliver the Seco Technical Media Platform. Working with a limited budget my main focus was education of the global sales force and management teams and creating technical documentation about the solution. I was also responsible for gathering new requirements from the market and working closely with IT, planning future developments for the software

My main responsibilities as a SecoPoint engineer were sales, marketing and technical support for a point of use solution within the UK. I made many presentations (both sales pitches and educational) to groups of all sizes and management levels and performed technical support in terms of on-site product installations and repairs. During this time I also started to work in a global capacity by managing an integration project with our US based partners and Sweden based head office that is still in place today.
