Customer Relations Team Leader
The highlight of my professional career was successfully opening the San Diego station for Virgin America Airlines. It was a monumental experience to have a hand in every detail - from the design of the offices, to the hiring of a stellar team. At Southwest Airlines, I have been very fortunate to join an airline that values every employee, and promotes a "family feel" from day one. In Customer Relations, my role is mentoring and developing a great team with out-of-the-box ideas and creative methodologies. Outside of the corporate world, I have the wonderful and rewarding opportunity of working with new families as a labor and birth doula. As a member of several organizations that support family-centered maternity care I am able to provide professional, yet personalized care to new parents. It is extremely exciting to be a part of positive change!
