Lead the analysis team (10 FTEs) for a $1 billion revenue firm. Data Analysis and Business Intelligence Team developed from scratch. We produced considerable reporting production and assisted in all complex special projects. We supported numerous high-impact provider reimbursement re-alignments. We were asked to do a comprehensive budget for the entire Plan. This organization was a matrix organization with multiple strategic employers, operating in three northeast States. I created two desktop applications for Medical Directors so that they could pull up summary cost and utilization statistics whenever they liked. Prepared a 14 page weekly report on the projects we were working on (one line per project). We used an IDX information system with COGNOS / Impromptu.
