Assisted in training of rotational supervisors in contract administration and grievance resolution. Assisted in writing cases for union hearing on the local, regional and national levels. Benefits certification, worker’s compensation issues, EEO and NLRB matters. Designed beta labor relations module for HRIS - used as model for 72 other districts. Refined procedures for training of supervisors/managers in labor relations (on an average rotation of 6 months per assignment). Designed and facilitated labor relations seminars for district management team.
