As Customer Support Manager I was responsible for the support. This consisted of the daily operational support and monitoring of the track & trace fleet with the Mobile Token PAC TT equipment (+/- 1250 vehicles). Besides that I could work out an manual to give support and laid the basis to automate the monitor process.
