As an Inventor Mentor I lead sessions of the Wizbots after-school program. My chief responsibility in leading a session is to create an environment where kids can explore design, engineering, and invention by fostering a creative environment and encouraging analytical problem-solving skills in a hands-on, collaborative, and social learning experience.
