? Y2K Project for Hardware, Network and communication middleware.
? Centralisation of all the TMS hosts and consolidation in one box.
? Migration of the Country X25 network to TCP/IP.
? Cabling of all the Italian TNT Logistics warehouses in order to extend IP services and connectivity.
? Deployment of PC based workstations, networked printers and radiofrequencies systems.
? Deploy of E-mail service and Internet access for all the TNT Logistics Italian users.
? Standardisation of the hardware equipment.
? Design and deploy of the network security architecture
March 1992 - December 1997
Responsible for the management of the national data and voice network.
Main Project achieved:
Data Network Migration from X.25 to IP
Deployment of mobile data terminal on Courier Vehicles; hw and sw; 150 Mobile Data Terminals and two control centres deployed in two months.
Sizing and Replacement of the four Automatic Call Distributor for the Customer Service
First implementation in Italy of a Frame Realy network trasporting X25 over IP.
Implementation of IVR service and solution integrated with the ACD network after a selection phase conducted in the USA.
Internal Trainer on Data Networking and X25 and TCP integration. Training session in English to the TLC specialists coming from the various European DHL offices.

System Manager for the central R&D computing facilities
Member of the multilingual support team serving all the worldwide users of the central systems.
Network Manager for the Campus Network in Agrate (Milano)
Internal Trainer on Data Networking and X25 protocol. Training session in English and French to the European System and Network Managers at their working premises.
