Integral part of a 3 person department responsible for raising 1.5 million annually for a Pulitzer Prize-winning Theater Company. Directly responsible for individual giving strategy and implementation including but not limited to; conceiving, writing and delivering appeals; budget tracking; forecasting; Patron Program management; donor acquisition and cultivation. Other responsibilities include acting as Board liaison; maintaining all donor profiles and data; conducting research as needed; managing all departmental communications with donors and logistical and strategic support for special events and institutional giving. Increased individual giving by 17% in FY11 and, after department restructuring that shifted job focus to individual giving, increased individual giving by 26% in FY12
Increased annual appeal by 50% in FY11 and FY12 respectively, while lowering costs by 25% in FY11.
