Monitoring company network (LAN, WLAN, WAN) based on the company SOP.
Providing preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshooting network problems and implementing solutions.
Providing technical support via helpdesk systems for a wide range of internal & external applications.
Updating network and security appliance firmware.
Making assessment of current network performance.
Proposing network design to fulfill the need of company’s new application or bussiness proccess based on monitoring and assessment report.
Purchasing network and security appliance.
Liaising & meeting with external suppliers of IT services.
