I perform desktop management in a multi-platform environment managing over 1,000 computers/devices. Platforms include Windows XP, Windows 7, OS X, iOS, Linux, Chrome OS, and UNIX.
I write a lot of shell scripts to automate tasks. I also handle higher-level help desk tickets. Some of my responsibilities include creating and managing system images, creating and managing software packages, and keeping computers up-to-date.

This is a guest/customer service focused job. I lead a team of 2-19 people to accomplish daily tasks: checking out guests/customers merchandise, putting product on shelves, maintaining store appearance, solving team concerns. I am also responsible for processing/depositing all the cash the store makes on a daily basis.

I was a diplomat among the team for conflict or concerns.
