The role of the Head of Global Quality Center is to improve efficiency, quality effectiveness and manageability of the global processes used in Managed Services worldwide through:
Development, advice and support of a common and aligned QMS, common, standardized and agreed Global Processes and contribution to design of a common audit management system
Alignment of processes, where applicable, with Systems Integration, HTTS
Design and execute/manage process to audit/monitor and report quality & process related KPIs to the Dashboard
Managed Services/Quality, Security & Biz Sup

Define, implement & manage new Quality & Security organization for whole Managed Services activity in the Group.
Define new MS organization ("chapter 2" of Global Factory evolution) & run change management program

In charge of Ministry of Finance COPERNIC program assist, managing a 80+ consultants team helping design and manage the new french tax system (program is 1B €, 8 years...). This system offers new services to tax payer and civil servant, develop efficiency et effectiveness. It is the flagship of french administration e-transformation.
I left the program in 2006, and developped "new names" for the Cabinet, while supporting or leading various missions (IT or business organisation, change management, management support... )

From 2002 to 2004, I was apponted program manager - first to define (with colleagues from other affiliates worldwide) a new global delivery model, then for the alignment of french processes and structure with this model. This unfortunately included important job cuts and Belgium branch closing, as well as technical and process transformations. I was promoted interim CEO of France, Belgium, Switzerland outsourcing branch to implement the plan.
Nota : hired by Telesystems which was bought by Sema, then SchlumbergerSema after acquisition by SLB. Then acquired by ATOS

After integrating marketing and sales management at branch level (France West & South), I was appointed Global Account Manager for BNP (now BNP Paribas) - then largest international Bull account ; I developped it for 2 years, (extension of ATM and POS networks, new mainframes, international affiliates information system on Bull platforms...
After that I created the Outsourcing offer for Bull in France and signed first contracts (ELF (now Total), PPG... )
