In the role of Vice President, I have created and established numerous new agency initiatives; such as our in-house Studio, Project Management process and PKG, our branding and packaging division. The agency owners purchased an established packaging studio and charged me with merging it with our own packaging team to create and launch a new branding and packaging agency. PKG was born and set into motion with it’s own base of clients like Perdue, American Italian Pasta Company (Ralcorp) as well as Sara Lee. I was also given the charge of over-seeing new accounts like PetSmart, American Licorice and Morton Salt.

Due to my repeated successes as Associate Creative Director, I was promoted to Group Creative Director and entrusted with leading all of LAUNCH’s creative online and offline solutions. The accounts included my previous accounts and the addition of ConAgra, Sanford, ACH and Jarden Consumer Solutions; all of which have multiple brands that I worked with.

With the Digital team under my charge, Launch went on to win a piece of Sara Lee’s digital business which included Ball Park, Sweet Goods, Jimmy Dean, State Fair Brand, Hillshire Farm and Gallo. The work for these brands included promotions, websites/microsites, email marketing, video, rich media and online sales/trade CMS & Print OnDemand portals. I was also tasked with leading Bernina and taking them from predominantly direct marketing efforts to more digital oriented solutions.

I began my LAUNCH career as a Sr Art Director on the in-store and promotions teams working on the Kellogg’s, Jelly Belly, Alberto Culver, Jarden Home Brands and Perfetti Van Melle accounts. Quickly thereafter, I brought the first digital capabilities to the agency and was able to utilize these for a number of successful promotions such as The Jelly Belly Mystery Flavor, Mentos/YouTube Geyser Contest, Pyrex “Win a Dinner with Giada” contest; to name a few. This lead to my being promoted to Associate Creative Director and the creation of the new Digital team.
