Started to work on Telecel as a web and intranet developer. Later joined the start up team that implemented Siebel in Vodafone Portugal. Responsible for a Contact Center module that intergrated Siebel with the outbound channels. Moved on to the team analysing and developing Sales Force Automation where the thin client application was my main focus. Later joined the Business Analists team where was responsible for the fixed business integration with SFA. Responsible for the concept for the entity evolution to accomodate the fixed line characteristics into Siebel. Latelly joined the IT Strategy & Architecture team where inovative solutions were tested and recomended as for exemple archiving solutions to cope with data growth; SOA Governance, CRM distributed solution, Security and Masking solutions, etc. At this team I defined the road map for real time operational dashbords, change data capture strategies and Business Intelligence evolution. In the continuous imprevement tasks achieved new real time capabilities to the Campaign Management module beeing able to implement and enforce a complex contact policy rule set and improve the overall performance of large campaigns from weeks to hours by a reengeneering project.
