BiTA Service Management AB is one of the leading ITIL and IT Service Management training and consulting companies in Sweden. In cooperation with the biggest Estonian training company IT Koolitus, a separate legal entity, a small subsidiary of the Swedish company was established in Estonia. My responsibilities included: - establishing the new company - customer relations, marketing and sales - managing of and consulting in ITIL implementations for customers with 25 - 3500 employees - delivering ITIL v2 and v3 trainings and consulting in Estonia and abroad (Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Germany)
Oracle
April 2006 - June 2007
I was employed as an Adjunct Teacher in Oracle Academy for the Database Design and Programming event in Estonia. I was responsible for running the pre-event on-line course and assisting with the classroom course delivery later in the project. The delegates, all teachers of Computer Science, were from several countries: Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro. The delegate pass rate for the training was an exceptional 100%.
Estonian Agricultural Registers and Information Board (ARIB)

I started in ARIB as a customer-side Project Manager for EU funded software development projects with budgets of EUR 1M+ and teams from Estonia, Finland and France. Having achieved good results with the help of efficient teamwork with our excellent specialists, I was promoted to Deputy Head of IT Department, where I was responsible for managing our Project Management unit and later our Software Development and Quality Assurance units. During my employment in ARIB I coordinated the development and implementation of the Project Management, Software Development and Quality Assurance methodologies.
Artaxis

Artaxis was established by former employees of IT Meedia after its closure. The company was focused on developing small and mid-size web-based Information Systems, such as Content Management Software 'Galahad', logistics software 'Succellus' and several data-driven web solutions for Estonian Government institutions. The key niche of expertise for Artaxis was the experience in developing various software solutions for museums and archives.

IT Meedia is the company behind the most popular Estonian Document Management and Groupware solution Amphora. I started as a Software Developer, focusing on the design and development of a Windows application for Amphora & Microsoft Outlook data synchronization, using Borland Delphi. Later I developed some additional some core functionality to Amphora, using Zope and Python. My next responsibilities were to open and manage company's branch office in Tartu and to manage several bespoke development projects.
