In charge of Quality & Process Improvements at the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Offshore Center of IBRD.
•Responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of the Chennai HR Service Delivery related projects and process improvements. Lead in evolving and instituting a QC management system.
•Business Partner: Driving business results through project implementation and process improvement initiatives – which are aligned to business objectives.
•Change Agent: Building organizational effectiveness in the HR Service Delivery team in Chennai. Working on achieving ISO-9000 in Chennai HRSD.
•Project Management & Process Improvement: Leading implementation of core HRSD quality programs insuring an effective, sustainable strategy. Providing business specific feedback for design and delivery improvement of client ready solutions, including improved self service models.
