As a temporary stand in while nearmap found a new VP of Product, my primary role was to keep the product development momentum moving. Initially, I managed the high volume demand by building a self serve e-commerce platform and marketing to prospect lists. To reduce the product launch risk, I modelled volume and feature usage. Integrating Salesforce, MYOB and Consumption data to build a comprehensive behavioural model supporting product decision making. A tiered product mix was then created and canvassed within the senior management team and finally presented to the CEO for launch. Other initiatives and responsibilities included : Enterprise sales marketing through eDM/newsletter production and broadcast. Scoped, evaluated and initiated a Salesforce integration and overhaul program of work. Directed the go to market planning by delivering data driven analysis of feature and volume consumption for each major customer segment.

Worked with a team of usability experts, business teams and 40+ developers over 24 months to design, build and roll out an end to end ERP solution.
