This application server is used as a platform to host VAS applications such as conferencing, presence, etc. This product is a global market leader in terms of its features and traffic handling ability. Product revenue was $3m USD  As product manager and scrum master, was responsible for on-time, high quality delivery of the product to end customers. Increased product CSAT rating from 4.2 to 4.5 out of 5  Member of the Core management team of the product line responsible for staffing, product lifecycle management, recruitment, budgeting and product line management. Responsible for maintaining an active feature pipeline by interfacing with R&D community, market analysts and competition  Architected the Continuous Integration Strategy for the product line thereby reducing the total test time by 70%
