In a six week period increased engagement on Facebook as measured by “Talking About Number” by 846%, the number of Engaged Users by 652%, and the Weekly Reach by 174%. Collaborate on creation of strategic plan to utilize social media to improve reputation of CTCA through the creation of integrated social media networking hub that will be unveiled during the second quarter of fiscal year 2013. Collaborate on the development of blog and blogger relations policy that will guide the organization entrance into the blogosphere.
