Activity included organizing clinical sessions, develing some micromarketing activities. Management of a 100+ panel of physicians, control of sales budget. Major achievements: - Made A3/A4 area one the most valuable area of the country for Seroquel, with excellent MS and MI. Consistently achieved targets, cycle after cycle Best launch in bipolar. - Made the very low MS Oporto one of the best in MS in little over a month: won a special prize and recognition for the Best launch in Seroquel SR (Dec 2008)
