One of the 2002 intake appointed to Graduate FastTrack Management Programme in competition with 13,000 graduate applicants. Offered roles with Unilever, Ford and BUPA on equivalent Graduate FastTrack Schemes in 2002 which i declined. Gained experience in variety of locations, Edinburgh, London, Reading and Bristol. Completed graduate intake only, structured high quality in-house training by RBS Group - Modules included: People management, Leadership, Project and time management, Creative marketing, Agency management and Marketing analysis. Completed programme two months early as appointed to a specifically created role at RBS Bristol Lending Operations Centre. Undertook project to review understanding of automated voice response (AVR), customer handling and call response times within NatWest brand. Proposed and implemented suggestions for improvements. General press office and media handling operations duties held.
