FiOS is Verizon's premier fiber-optic service. I focus on positioning Verizon as the ultimate entertainment enabler by providing consumers a reason to engage with FiOS at various touch points utilizing a multi-million dollar portfolio of sport and entertainment assets. I have collaborated with partner agencies to launch multi-cultural programs such as "My Fabulous Quinceanera" as well as strategic partnered promotions such as "The Ultimate MTV VMA Sweepstakes" with corporate partner Viacom. In addition, I managed the duties of a 4-member team during a 2-week union strike while my teammates were in the field serving on strike assignments.

Developed strategies to be implemented by Embratur (Brazilian State-owned Tourist Board) to increase short-term and long-term tourism to Brazil leveraging the 2014 FIFA World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games.
Washington Capitals

On a game night basis, I assisted with reinforcing brand loyalty by activating Capitals and Cap's sponsor promotions to sell-out crowds of 18,000 at the Verizon center. Also, I assisted with the operation of Capital's special events such as Caps Convention and Kid's Club which bring about crowds of over 700 fans.
Kansas City Chiefs

This was my first opportunity in the realm of sponsorships. I cultivated relationships with Chiefs corporate clients such as Coca-Cola, Palermo's Pizza and Hy-Vee Grocery to support their brand initiatives by connecting with a target audience of Chiefs fans. I assisted with the implementation of sponsorship contracts for the upcoming season by coordinating sponsor promotions and in-stadium signage in New Arrowhead Stadium that generates over 810,000 impressions a season.
University of Tennessee

I expanded my knowledge base into the field of athletic development. During my time at the VASF (now known as the Tennessee Fund), I generated proceeds by providing customer service to over 15,000 donors that was used to fund an athletic budget of $80,000. These contributions are used for student-athlete costs, facility upkeep and general operating budget expenses.
New York Jets

I worked during training camp and throughout the season. I was responsible for the setup and operation of Generation Jets Fest, a interactive festival aimed at the younger fan base. I also planned and executed pregame and halftime shows at Giants stadium finding creative ways for fans to be engaged during "down" times.

As a part of Gatorade's Summer Sports Camps, I used grassroots marketing to promote the Gatorade brand through on-site presence and educating coaches and sport camp attendees about proper hydration techniques. I also obtained the secret recipe on how to make the perfect batch of Gatorade, cheers.
Knoxville Icebears

The Knoxville Ice Bears are a local minor league hockey team that competes in the Southern Professional Hockey League. I coordinated area signage and intermission activities. I worked daily on the preparation and execution of Ice Bears nonprofit operations and provided customer service involving retention and sales.
