About
Experienced in cradle-to-grave government contract recruiting, staffing and talent acquisition. Have hands on staffing experience from capture and BD phase to pre-RFP talent capture planning, RFP response and price-to- win strategy, as well as talent transition planning and implementation, ‘green-fielding’ operations and incumbent capture. Working as a prime and sub-contractor have staffed and filled a variety of positions including hard-to-fill, technical position, engineers, program managers, directors, corporate support personnel, intelligence analysts, linguists and other linguistic positions, instructors, healthcare and a variety of other positions globally. Successfully designed and implemented recruiting campaigns overseas (OCONUS) hiring from the US and deploying overseas as well as hired local and third country nationals in the Middle-East and Africa. Led several international efforts in market penetration, recruiting strategy, on-boarding and relocation/transition support. Also have multi-national, on the ground experience, both as the prime and as a sub-contractor, in the Middle East with local sponsorship vetting, selection, domestic law compliance and contract initiation and day-to-day management. Continuingto learn something new every day with a special focus on international recruiting and Human Capital Management to help support my organization and ensure the success its clients’ mission.
