Lead the strong turnaround in South & achieved a double digit bottom line from a negative profitability. Developed & executed marketing plans for 2007- 2008 period. Launched Nestle Pure Life large format operations in 20 new cities including Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Peshawar & Sargodha.
Developed a comprehensive category & channel strategy & and successfully launched Nestle Pure Life large format across retail channel nationwide.
