Led a development team to build features for League of Legends. Wrote reports to leadership informing progress, status, and concerns. Worked with designers and QA to ensure the highest quality product. Worked with the team on the day-to-day operations and gave them ownership of the project. Collaborated with multiple disciplines and teams to maximize development. Led team using the SCRUM methodology. Managed different outsourcers, US based and international, to ensure goals were met in a timely manner. Triaged support requests for DreamHack 2011 with Spectator Mode.
