I oversee a 6 building first-year student complex of 738 students, promoting leadership opportunities and development through a talent-based engagement cycle. I currently directly supervise and develop a post-masters level professional staff member, a graduate student hall director, a Student Engagement Adviser and indirectly supervise 20 Resident Assistants. I coordinate departmental and university wide initiatives and strategic plan efforts, specializing in environmental sustainability, assessment efforts and sexual assault and relationship violence support and prevention.

I worked as a part of a leadership team supporting the development of over 600 students in the largest first-year student building on campus. We housed a majority of the international students and provided year-long housing. I supervised 10 Resident Assistants, 1 Multicultural Assistant and 36 Community Assistants. I worked on departmental efforts relating to multiculturalism on campus, training and selection, and crisis response.
