Virginia and Maryland Property Developer
Ronald Lipscomb is a property developer and construction professional with 27 years of experience. He has worked primarily in areas of Virginia and Maryland and currently holds positions with Forest City New East Baltimore Partnership; Fir Tree Management, LLC; New Directions Trust, LLC; LSH Gateway, LLC; and Chesapeake Regional Center, LLL. In these positions Ronald Lipscomb has taken on responsibilities ranging from raising $42 million on behalf of the Marriott Residence Inn at the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus to consulting on land assemblage projects. Some of his more notable projects include construction work on stadiums for the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles professional sports teams. Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Lipscomb engages in an array of philanthropic activities. He has sponsored the Baltimore Cougars, a 14-and-under girls’ basketball team, and in the past, through his construction resources and connections, built an award-winning playground at the Federal Hill Elementary School in Baltimore. He also won the 1997 Congressman Elijah E. Cummings Award and the 1999 State of Maryland Governor’s Citation. Ronald Lipscomb has received additional recognition for his charity work from organizations such as the American Red Cross.
