About
In just over two years I have established myself as a go-to person for engagement issues at Rackspace. I’ve worked closely with the Engagement Team manager to understand the intricacies of Engagement measurement and management training and support within our organization. I hope to continue my work in Racker Engagement in a more influential role where I am looking forward to opportunities for innovation in our measurement instruments and intensifying our management coaching programs.
