Managed a team of Instructional and Graphic Designers in the day-to-day operations of content and media development for both instructor led and self-paced learning. Served as the focal point for direct client contact, satisfaction, and communication. Mentored Client Engagement Managers in the development process at the project management, customer management, graphic design, and instructional design levels. Served as the lead authority for all learning content under my direction and responsible for requirements gathering and accountable for both the instructional and media specifications of the project. Served as the lead for the project and reviewed all deliverables against the client specifications.

Employed as a Content Manager, and then promoted to Content Development Manager II. Primary responsibility was the integrity of all learning content and media in CDS projects. Worked closely with the client, Project Coordinator, Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets the instructional, business and requirements defined by the customer.

Addletic, LLC is an online solution for social networking, league administration, and web applications specifically targeted for the athletic community.
After the Interactive Designs acquisition, the corporation reformed underneath the Addletic, LLC umbrella to better serve all clients and public athletic interests.
