With the roles I've fulfilled during my professional career, I've gained and nurtured experience in various areas, such as the following: - Management of multicultural/-national groups of dynamic people. - Leadership/mentorship over multiple projects within Project Management team. - Problem solving and decision making, analysing issues and finding methods to improve inefficiencies. - Operational insight and experience - Brainstorming on ideas, from filtering the outrageous to implementing the spectacular.
