Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, good communication skills and professionalism! You've heard it all before, right? These qualities are no longer the exception, but the norm and I along with most other employees, would claim to posses them. But what about the ability to catch your eye, engage the consumer, think outside the box? What about the ability to demonstrate that you are innovative, unique, you DARE to do something a little different? Are these not the true qualities of a great employee, alas, a great company? That is not to say these other qualities are not important, on the contrary, they are more important than ever, but it is these unique attributes that I possess that set me apart, make me stand out and differentiate myself from the competition.
