Five plus years supervisory/management experience in an organizational environment, including management of multiple departments, budgets, and staff. Postgraduate education in international human rights law and marriage and family therapy with a very strong background in children’s rights, child development, education, and economic, social and cultural rights as they relate to the child. A solid understanding of international human rights law, especially as it relates to children and education. Understanding of human rights based monitoring, campaigning and advocacy strategies.
