Our focus is on small productions runs, custom parts and of course rebuilds and refurbishment of all types of machinery including valves, gates, actuators, pumps, reactor vessels, instrumentation, and hydraulics. We can fabricate specialty items for the Western Canadian market and abroad as well as for OEM's, production plants, process designers, and consultants. My primary focus is on market development as well as R&D. Specialties: We can repair and refurbish all rotating equipment. We can also re-engineer and fix broken parts and troubleshoot process problems. We can also use ultrasound to detect problem areas before they cause unscheduled downtime. We work with many manufacturers and factory representatives to integrate machinery and provide both parts and complete systems.

Markets served included forestry, pulp & paper, value added wood products, OSB, Pellet, and other biomass processes.

Assisted in the adoption of 5-S and Kanban system while maintaining lean 6 Sigm methodology in a contiuously changing PEM fuel cell process. 3 month contract extended to 1 yr 3 months while finding ways to optimize every process including manufacturing tool boards, managing a 5-S team, constructively contributing to every plant process, as well as learning every process/station in enough detail to assist in the creation of standardized workstation instructions.
