Turning it cash-flow positive in 12 months required performing in various positions: I've conducted a thorough market research among HR managers, to understand the major needs that exist in the recruitment industry; Mapped the leading international relevant solutions providers, examined their products from a professional standpoint and in terms of compatibility to the Israeli market, negotiated and became their exclusive reseller; Localized all solutions to Hebrew and validated them to ensure Israeli norms; Built a solid on-going relationship with dozens of customers and hundreds of prospective clients; Wrote professional articles for HR magazines, gave lectures on professional fairs, and built & conducted live webinars for an audience of dozens of recruitment and HR managers.

I've specialized in the area of infrastructure (energy, water and land transportation). Helped and led the development of long term strategies as well as short term business plans, which mainly focused on identification and penetration to new markets. These resulted in increases in EBITDA and revenue growth for the respective companies. The scope of the position included, among others, managing a group of consultants, developing complex long-term financial models and carrying out market analysis and simulations based on game theory principles.

Managed a group of family-owned companies in the fields of health and nursing, with 2,700 employees and a turnover of more than 50M NIS. The scope of work included overall responsibility over day to day management, including human resources, marketing and sales, customer care, accounting etc; Managing a business development team for initiating and launching projects in the areas of insurance and health; Characterizing and leading the development and deployment of an internal CRM software that improved the performance of the companies, both in number of clients as well as in revenues per client;
Execution of a complex negotiation with a number of candidates for sell/merger of the companies, which concluded with a very successful acquisition of the group by a strategic competitor
