I help businesses transform traditional IT policies and business processes to accommodate digital sectors such as mobile technologies and applications and Web-based information management and marketing trends. Bridging the gap between IT and business, I keep up with the latest IT innovations in order to maintain a consistent digital strategy using all the data to contribute to the organization's ROI.

I start working in the company as web marketing specialist (a new role for the firm), member of the marketing department of Coin Spa (the leading department store in Italy, hold by Gruppo Coin Spa). Then, I became Web marketing Manager, I was the project manager of the web site and of all digital projects for the brands COIN, UPIM and EXCELSIOR MILANO, including e-commerce, mobile web, online and multichannel wedding list, web radio, widget developement, social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Friendfeed, Foursquare, Netlog, etc.), webmarketing and omnichannel communication activities. With a collegue I worked also on the communication through the other new media (mobile, blue tooth, digital signage, instore tecnologies etc.). At the beginning of year 2012, Gruppo Coin has been developed a digital marketing direction for all the brand, including OVS and IANA, and I've been in charge of the team.

I worked in my home's office through Internet because the headquarter was 1000 km far from me. My role was a sort of temporary manager, in charge of developement of the marketing proposition of the press agency, which had a strong online focus. I worked in particular on the b2b products (content providing solutions, outsourcing of press office, digital services for small and medium companies), on the corporate/brand image and on the online marketing and communication (seo, sem, web site upgrading).

I have worked in the project since it was started in 2003. At the beginning I was the content manager and the chief of the editors, in charge of the contents. After a year, I begun the head of project on the web and the community manager. Connecting-Managers has been probably the first project of professional networking in Italy, with thousand of members (marketing managers, adversting professionals, consultants, providers of web marketing solutions etc.). At that time the business network was also very innovative because the mission was building relationships and this was developed matching online activities with a lot of live events all around Italy (almost 40-50 per year).

I was the chief of the editors and I managed the workflow of the publishing system, the web site had a group of editors and a lot of registered non professional contributors. In Italy, Comunitazione since year 202 has been maybe the first site which has been developed a collaborative content solution system and an internal social network with profile, activity stream etc. I was also responsible for the corporate communication and for the partnerships. I had a strong role of tutorship for the young contributors who help me and now some of them are well known digital professionals in Italy.

Since 2002 I've been working on marketing and communication projects on Internet as an indipendent consultant: seo, sem, content management, brand positiong, web site redesign, social media marketing. I developed also a strong experience in all new technologies for marketing and communication, and expecially in mobile marketing, since year 2005. At that time in Italy a digital strategist role was unknown also in the biggest companies, but since year 2004, after my bachelor degree, I've understood the value of the digital revolution which was coming.
